It was a smooth process overall. The first stage was a phone interview as usual. It was a quite good experience. Friendly academic environment. Faculty and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Phone interview followed by an in-person interview, They did not ask anything that wasn't standard. Mostly, they wanted to know about my teaching style and how I handled conflict and worked with colleagues.
