Five rounds of interviews: First was an HR phone screen. Second was with two engineers. Third was with two managers. Fourth was an IQ test and conversation with a psychologist. Fifth was an in-person plant tour and talking with directors and C-suite individuals. Everyone was very nice, but the length of the interview process was grating, especially as the same questions were asked every round.
