Very short interview process, look at experience and education and ask what is the purpose for applying for the position. There's an orientation and site tour that is required as well. The people are very nice and answer all questions. We met with department heads to give a brief overview of their department purpose.

Very informal when I applied, but that was almost 10 years ago and I was already currently employed at Pennington Biomedical. The interview process has changed greatly since then.
