Interviewed with CFO and CEO and they explained what they were looking for and asked questions about my experience. Wanted to know if I could be a good piece to add to the team. I got an offer the next day and started two weeks later.

Entrevista
Tried to make hiring extremely speedy to prevent, my opinion, any real investigation into their history with employees.
They asked plenty of non relevant questions, attempted to sell me on their company, and offered a MYSTERY BONUS only once a year.
But, refused to give any details or include any mention of bonus in employment contract.
They asked the same questions several times forgetting they asked them.
Had be come to their office numerous times
