Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board em mar. de 2015
Entrevista
First step was to take the PA Liquor Control Board test, which was offered in specific locations on limited dates. The test was straightforward, with lots of questions involving making change or counting using images of coins and bills.
Once I'd passed the test, I was notified and a face-to-face interview was scheduled in one of the area stores with the regional manager. The manager seemed to be meeting with a number of applicants in succession. He spent less than 15 minutes speaking with me, and asked questions about my availability (days and times of day that I could work), where I was located - seemed focused primarily on whether I'd be able to reliably report to work. This was a fairly easy conversation that included a general description of the training classes I'd be required to attend before starting to work, general job duties and possible locations where I could be scheduled to work.

Very easy interview. Basically just questioned my customer service experience and my work availability. The whole process only lasted a few minutes and they indicated their intention to hire me. I received a more formal offer after a background check, which took just over a week.
