Very long for an entry level job. Multiple interviews with immediate boss and executive team. They are thorough. So that does help you feel confident when you do get the offer.

Entrevista
The interview Process was longer and more involved than I had previously been accustomed to. The actual meetings were laid back and unstructured. The questioning was straight forward and simple.

Entrevista
This was a long and tedious process. I was okay with the length of time that it took, however it felt as though they were highly concerned with hiring anyone, let alone myself. Overall I did not have a good feeling about their office (everyone works in the basement with no windows). They kept saying over and over that detail is very important (understandable, but it made it seem like this could be an issue in the future no matter what I did).
Basically a lot of red flags went up for me and I was not upset or surprised that I did not receive an offer.

They wanted to know everything about my work history. Including why a year of work was not listed post college (I am 11 years into my career and the year post college was spent as a temp not in my industry). It felt as though they were trying to buy insurance on something they weren't sure they wanted to buy yet, or in this case hire. They need to remember that the candidate is interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing the candidate.
