Applied online, after some time was called for an interview. Met with the manager and district manager, for about 30 minutes. They were very nice and open about the position and what the day to day requirements of the job were. Two days after the interview is called again for a second interview at the district office to meet with three district department heads. I answered all of there questions, made a joke or two. This interview lasted about 45 minutes. On my way out I asked what is there time frame for making a discussion, I was told that this interview was only a formality.

First was a phone interview, then a panel interview with multiple leads at the location. Overall was good but I didn’t end up moving forward with the company. They said if I was willing to relocate I could interview there.

The interview process was relatively easy. Let you talk with people who actually work in the position beforehand as well which was nice. After that I talked with the manager and a manager above them.

Easy, enjoyed the process. Stayed with the company for about three years then moved into another role. Learn a lot of new skills and had growth opportunities. Would suggest interviewing here if looking to move into business.
