1. HR phone screening.
2. First interview with line manger of the role, with scenario and working style questions, on top of talking about experience.
3. One written test and one excel test, completed remotely with 1h time limit in total, fairly basic, but time can be a bit tight.
4. In-person interview with managing director, in an unstructured conversational style. Talking about relevant experience and expectations, plus some insights.
Both interviewers were very friendly and engaged, and open to all my questions.
