I knew someone at the company that recommended me. I met with Human Resources, the direct manager, the owners and then direct manager again. I had three interviews in total. HR made offer. I accepted. Small company.

Got contacted by hiring manager and scheduled a phone screen about some basic technical questions. After that invited for on-site interview. Usually it was about 2 hours of interview with 3-4 people sitting in the conference room. People will ask some technical question on the embedded area
