Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Penumbra (Alameda, CA) em set. de 2016
Entrevista
I applied online through their direct website. I received an email from a recruiter asking to come in for an on-site interview. My interview lasted about 1.5 hours. There were about 50 other candidates as well, seemed like a mass interview. Met a manager first, then took a math, reading, microscope test, then met 2 supervisors. Was easy & staff were friendly. Pay is non-negotiable, but its a great starting place, since you can get some GMP experience. 3-6 months as temp before becoming a regular.

What does GMP mean to you? What does Quality mean to you? What would you do if colleagues were arguing? What would you do if a colleague was not wearing PPE? Recall a time where you improved a procedure.

Workers who take test and meet me in the reception are good. I took 40 test in math and language skills and 10 test on computer science. I don't know how many mistakes that I did. But the questions was not difficult. They didn't show me my results. Only said come again after six months.

The Interview process involves math and comprehension test, followed by a hands on microscope test. It is not too difficult for an average high school graduate. After passing tests will be an interview, which was pretty standard.
