A job fair that will test your English and math skills. You are given 30 mins to complete your test on a laptop and if you pass they will proceed you to the next test of using microscopes and cutting material to be the length they ask you. i.e. cut a material to 3mm, 2.5mm or so on.

Technically, this is a temp to hire position for 6 months handled by Manpower. For 6 months you work under a temp agency and then after 6 months you get converted to Penumbra. When I went, the temp agency that handled this position was called Human Bees. I am unsure as to if the interview process has still changed, but this process was what I experienced(and what I remember) when I worked under Human Bees. Before I talk about the process, bring acceptable documents from the Form I-9 list. The Process(in no particular order): Online test that evaluates High School/GED level English/Math as well as internet use Microscope usage test Interview by a lead at Penumbra If all goes well, at the end, you have to present your documents and fill out a paper indicating whether you want Day(6am-2:30pm) or Swing(3pm-11:30pm) shift.
