Pretty straight to the point. Not difficult. You do not need much experience to get the job. Screening process was through the phone and later in that call was invited to interview in person by 2 different people.

I applied online. About a month later I received a phone call to schedule an interview. I interviewed in person downtown. It was two representatives. They didn't seem to know what they were doing, by which I mean they didn't seem like they had a lot of experience doing job interviews. They asked a lot of vague questions and I wasn't sure what they expected from me. They were finished after about ten minutes. I feel like they didn't get to know me that well at all. At the end I asked what the hiring process was like and they didn't know what I meant. I followed up with an email a week later. No one responded. Then several weeks later I received a reply stating they had moved forward with another candidate. I guess I was hoping that they would be a little more mature since their job is so important.
