Technical or Skill Assessment (If applicable) Depending on the role, candidates may complete a test, case study, or assignment. Examples include coding challenges, writing samples, or situational judgment tests. 4. First Interview (Hiring Manager or Team Interview) Conducted with the direct manager or team members.
