The process was a multi meeting In-depth dive into my background and reasons for my desire to be a member of the People Puzzles Team. This was carried out virtually and with a high degree of dignity and respect by all concerned. Afterwhich a final meeting with the Regional Director was held. References were then taken up and I was formally offered the role. It was truly a pleasant experience.

Online assessment , first interview with resourcing manager with interview covering as much about the PP operating model as well as my experience. 2nd interview with a People Director - some technical questions as well as questions around expectations for the role, managing multiple client relationships as well as info sharing on what it's like to do the role, 3rd interview with Regional Director - identifying types of organisations and sectors I like to work in, preferred working patterns as well as info on the business development side. The whole process kept reinforcing the operating model and whether that would be something I would enjoy working in, was very transparent and by the end I felt confident accepting an offer believing it was the right thing for me as well as being an organisation I would enjoy working with
