First there is a phone call meeting with initial recruiter and then a virtual call with the managers. They are all very easy to talk to. It is more like a get to know you interview rather than feeling too interviewy and you’re not good enough .

Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The interview process consisted of three stages, each well-structured yet relaxed. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and timely.
What really stood out to me was the energy and motivation of everyone I spoke with - the team seems genuinely passionate about their work and excited about the future of the company. That enthusiasm was contagious and made the whole process enjoyable.
The interviews themselves didn’t feel overly formal or stressful. Rather than being a rigid Q&A session, each conversation flowed naturally — more like a thoughtful dialogue than a traditional interview. I felt that they were genuinely interested in getting to know me, not just checking boxes. I truly appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere was throughout. It felt like they were not just evaluating me as a candidate, but also trying to make sure it was a mutual fit.
