. The interview was about 2 hours with the first hour just answering questions on my experience and background. Three people interviewed me but it was nothing too difficult. The second hour was to complete two small tests which were very simple. The testing consisted of a cover letter and resume of which you had to critique the resume and write a cover letter. For some positions in the organization, people are asked to give a 5 minute presentation on a career transition related topic. It was a very informal process. Training consists of sitting in on a one week workshop that is delivered to the clientele. Not much opportunity for training outside of this.
