I received an email after applying 3 days prior for a phone interview then I was referred to another recruit and received an email from them 3 days later for the next process and job offer

Fairly straightforward interview, asking basic questions about my abilities and past employment. Was given information about the next steps in the hiring process, and what to expect with regards to the role, training, and compensation.
