Went through a 2.5 hour process.
First interview was with the hiring manager, then with a partner and associate together, then with another associate and then with another partner.
The meetings with the associate and hiring manager were general interviews and interviews with the partners were behavioral interviews.
General interview questions, followed by a behavioral interview process to assess how you would handle a specific difficult situation. Did not take you to dinner or lunch, but we’re friendly.
