Initial interview with HR. Second interview with hiring manager. Third interview is a "thought exercise" requiring creation of a PowerPoint (or Google Pages) presentation shared on a video call to impart your responses to two pre-determined (but multi-layered) questions to a panel of three employees. Given 20 minutes to present.

Entrevista
Took over four months for four steps for them to give me a no. A long drawn out process for a job that was probably given to a connected person, such as a board member or donor’s kid. Nepotism.
1st step is a phone call. Step 2 is another phone call. Step 3 is an interview and shadowing. Step 4 is a sales pitch with a panel.
