I applied via LinkedIn. The initial interview was a series of situational and/or behavioral questions, including present and previous experience. The final interview combined a thought exercise discussion (which was completed before the final interview) and a standard interview with several team members (done via video call).

It was a panel. They each took turns asking questions. I answered them and provided metrics. I also provided a plan upon starting. This displayed a clear interest on my behalf.
