The first step was a phone interview. The first in-person interview was easier/not too technical. The second in-person interview was quite technical and required coding in Java as well as doing a code review on sample code.

The process took me about a month to complete. The interview is well organized. There are some general behavioral questions and some coding questions that are of moderate difficulty. The people I talked to are nice and well-prepared. The questions for you are more on the practical side and system design side rather than algorithms. Knowing specific knowledge such as database and concurrency will help you a lot.

I was given an online test and is asked to complete it. It is quite hard since theres a combination of IQ related questions as well as behavioral questions. There are also questions related to your desirable workplace. I think this is all about whether you are suitable or not.
