      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Percepta (Asheville, NC) em mai. de 2018

      Entrevista

      The first two rounds of interviews were fairly straight forward. The third interview was on site, which involved traveling at my own expense (which was fine). I sent a thank you email the following day, and several days later asked if there was an update. I was told there would be an update two days later, and that they would let me know as soon as they knew something. I heard nothing. A few days later I sent another email asking if there were any updates. I heard nothing. While I realize (sadly) that in the early stages of interviews it is not always possible to respond to everyone, I believe that anyone being interviewed in the third round deserves some sort of response, even if it is (again, sadly) automated from an HRIS. I have seen some negative comments about Percepta's HR, and unfortunately they have reinforced that perception with me. Precepta needs to realize that prospective candidates should be considered external customers, and treat them as such.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your views on Glassdoor. We appreciate having the opportunity to review your thoughts. To be respectfully honest, we are very surprised to hear this feedback from you. To your point, treating prospective candidates (and current employees) like customers is one of the values that we take very seriously at Percepta. One of our mantras is “our employees are our greatest asset”, and naturally, all employees were prospective candidates at some point, so we take the candidate experience very seriously. We understand that candidates spend a tremendous amount of time researching our company, preparing for discussions, making schedule arrangements for interviews, etc. Therefore, we have an internal process for ensuring that ALL candidates are responded to timely, as soon as we make decisions on what direction(s) we are moving in. Regarding the specific position you mentioned interviewing for, we pulled all of our records, and were able to validate that we responded to all candidates timely, and in less than 14 business days, which industry benchmarks tell us is at or below a standard response time. We are proud of our commitment to this timeframe and continue to try to improve on it whenever we are able.
