The interview process was pretty simple. The first interview was over the phone while the second was virtual via zoom. I was made to feel very relaxed. It was a series of questions about situations that I may have faced and how it was handled or how I got to a solution.

Mainly behavioural questions with situational questions mixed in. Was under the impression interview went well.Completed interview and was told I would hear back within the week. 3 weeks past by and no response. Followed up on the status, and was completely ghosted.
