Applied online, had first interview with someone who doesn't technically work for the company but knows the CEO. I found her to be pretty abrupt and arrogant and was surprised to suddenly get a flood of messages to set up a second interview. Obviously, she was outvoted by the CEO. The next interview, which was requested with no notice, was with him. He is a former salesperson who wrote some book. He comes off as the stereotypical used car sales man type. All 'pumped up' and wanted me to take the test their business is based on but had also started asking for writing samples, to provide written feedback on their test, etc. He wanted it right away and when I nicely pointed out I had a FT job he said he was interviewing others and if someone else got in there first.... I should have bowed out at that point as again I did not appreciate the swarmy high pressure sales persona. I took the test, but waited on the other things as they placed great store on their 'test' as it's what they sell, and I guessed if they didn't like your responses it would be a waste of time to give them more of my time. I was right. I took the test (it took a long time and was the typical mumbo jumbo that people claim is science based - but we know you cannot quantify humans like that) and then never heard from them again. What unprofessional and rude people - who in this digital age cannot copy and paste the "thanks but no thanks" message in 30 seconds or less of THEIR time. I mean I wasted mine filling out the application, having 3 interviews in 2 days, taking their test etc. I should send these bozos a bill for MY time.

Rushed. Interview with CEO, said it was urgent to provide samples, take their test, etc. and after fitting all that in they don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge, thank or respond about status Highly unprofessional!
