This is a first process puoultry kill plant. Most positions are suitable for an entry level, non-skilled employee. The application processis completed thru the local employment office, and my interview occurred shortly thereafter. I was hired over five years ago, and there have been come changes since then, not the least of which is the glut of people seeking employment. That being said, not many people are willing to work in a first process kill plant.

Orientation then start work the next week and you can change your department it’s a very easy safe and fun job to work the staff is amazing and they do a great job with the rmployeees

They ask you basic interview questions. If you make it through the interview process you’ll have to take a drug screen. They do not do background checks. If you accept the job offer you’ll be given a tour of the plant.

Entrevista
First you get a phone interview... they give you a day for your in person interview... they as you like 10 questions about your work ethic and reason you would want to work for the company...they schedule you for a drug test a couple days out from in person interview... after u pass drug testing... u get a call about your 3 day orientation.. they tell you all about the company during 3 day orientation.. you start working immediately after your orientation.
