I was interviewed by four different people in roles of leadership: HR Manager, QA Manager, Plant Manager, and Directer of Operations. Each interview was about 10+ minutes, they had very similar questions so be ready to repeat yourself since each of my interviews were seperate. The interview process went well.

Was told during the interview process, they were looking for Interns 2024 cohorts. It was a waste of time. They should have put that bit of info in the job description. Waste of time.
Pretty informal interview, general interview questions with a get-to-know-you style. There are two panels and a presentation is involved. I gave them my resume and they asked questions based on that. We really all just had a conversation.
