Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Peregrine (San Francisco, CA).
Entrevista
Recruiter, HM, Onsite with a Panel. Overall pretty standard questions around product design, intent, customers, etc. Was a standard PM interview but did not get through. Got feedback that I didn't have enough conviction.

I think it's a great company and I had extremely insightful conversations with some people on the team. But I would not recommend interviewing here unless you don't mind investing a lot of time into a process that is ultimately unfocused and random. The reason is that (like many tech companies) they are doing too much. Much of my final interview was spent asking random questions about my life in a very unfocused manner not pertaining to experience (deep dive). The deconstruction task was also poorly designed as it requires you to imagine a theoretical data model instead of asking questions in a deductive manner with the client (how a real client interaction occurs). The interviewers were not prepared at all when I asked them typical questions i'd ask my clients on a daily basis. The interview had been set up like a classic consulting interview- entirely theoretical.
In the end I was not offered the role, which is totally understandable. But they did not provide any explanation other than some extremely generic points that sounded like something you'd hear after getting rejected form a screening call.
Ultimately, good company but recruitment has much to be desired and may not be worth your time if you're busy.

Recruiter screen, HM behavioral, technical take-home, 3-interview superday (behavioral, decomp, deep dive), final division lead interview.
Very fast process. Turnarounds of 2-3 business days between rounds. Recruiter was engaged, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout.

Recruiter screen was standard. HM behavioral focused on culture fit. Take home is rigorous but very open-ended. Behavioral in superday focused on customer-facing skills: situational questions and specific questions on past experiences. Decomp was applying data modelling/ETL concepts to a real-world situation. Deep dive was quite literally a deep dive into your psychology and background from high school until present day. Expect very deep, pointed questions about specific decisions and experiences. Final division lead round was to gauge whether you internalized and shared the vision of the company and the division.
