      Entrevista

      Interviewed with them a while back for the Adobe team based in Dallas Texas. It was a 3 round interview process. First round was a HR screening with a recruiter and that was the best part in my opinion. From it went downhill fast and a clear lack of professionalism was displayed. 2nd round was with the team leader. He ghosted calling me but then got we got in touched later. Not a good start. Final round was a video technical with an "architect". I can definitely say this is where I lost all interest in the company. The guy showed no respect by eating during the interview and constantly stopping and talking with his wife. I literally could not believe this guy ate while interviewing someone. I wish I just hung up right then and there. As for the technical questions he asked they were pretty basic like "describe a class" and other general OOP stuff. By the end of the interview I was pretty fed up and just gave short and condescending answers. The interview ended by him saying he was a straight shooter and didn't hold back on how the interview went. I cut him off right away and just asked him if he was going to me forward. I actually think that caught him off guard and he weirdly respected it by saying he is going to "pass me". Very strange interview and the "architect" clearly thought he was some big shot that he definitely wasn't. I got the feeling this guy thought he was Sean Parker but in reality he just builds company websites using an adobe product. Anyway I turned the offer down which was sad because the recruiter was actually very nice. Also they will try and sell you this as a software engineer position but its just not.

      Entrevista

      First round of the interview is phone call. The recruiter will explain the Campus Program, Salary, Compensation + Unlimited PTO (Which is actually 2 weeks only every break). If everything works, you will do an OA with 3 questions around 1h15min. The first 2 questions is relatively LeetCode easy-medium. Last one is a medium. I failed the last one. If you passed it, you will proceed to the second round.

      There was a phone screening, then technical interview (java map then javascript/frontend). Then there was a couple of behavior interviews, which one of them was more of them trying to convey the pros of working at a consultancy.

      Entrevista

      interviewers were kind, have behavioral and coding questions. The technical depends on your primary coding language, in my case it was JAVA centered around OOP. The behavioral make sure to incorporate the STAR method and be confident and easy to communicate to. Even better if you can echo and apply that to personal experiences.
