Quickly interviewed within 24 hours of submitting my application. Had back-to-back 30-minute interviews. One of the people interviewing me (in a tandem of two) seemed largely distracted and uninterested in the call. They gave me a quick pop quiz about servers, which wasn't difficult, just a little strange being that it's a marketing writer position. Canned rejection email two weeks later. Two of the three interviewers were personable and professional. If not for the third this would have been a more positive experience. I'd suggest keeping people off the call who maybe have other things to do?
