Provide an example of your favorite project you have designed in CAD. Was it ever manufactured? If so, what materials were used and what was its method of manufacture?
If the above answer is “no” for being manufactured, describe your favorite project that was manufactured.
Describe a project that you have had hands on experience in either manufacturing, assembling, or testing. This excludes anything that is a computer simulation.
If you are trying to analyze potential failure modes due to excessive brake disc temperature on a particular race track. Using CFD and FEA, how would you simulate this and what would you be looking for? What softwares might you potentially use?
If a race car is racing in the wet, to minimize lap time would you adjust brake bias forward or rearward and why?
If you were needing to move brake bias forward, what are some ways to achieve this w/o adjusting master cylinder sizing or bias bar position?
Identify a time where your curiosity drove you down a new path of exploration just so you could satisfy your curiosity. What was the outcome?

Entrevista
I applied through one of my references and received a call after 1 month. The call was for interview with no intimation before. The interview lasted for 20 minutes and the result was declared at the same time.

Entrevista
The interview was unconventional, rather than talking about my experience and skills. The purchasing manager had me sit down with at a computer and navigate their SAP system (which is antiquated) and show what I could do.
He had a clear vision of what he wanted the candidate to be able to do and wanted to ascertain the amount of training that would be required in order to get into the day-to-day business.
