The blatant disrespect for the candidates is no joke. If you want to be led on and then completely ghosted, go for it! I know of multiple people, including myself that have been ghosted by this company. Performics, do better. Really bad look given the times and all the people working hard and putting themselves out there. This was a really upsetting experience and I’d never want to work for a company that treats candidates the way that they do.

I was ghosted by HR, she just stopped answering me about the interview appointment. Even if smth was wrong it's rude don't let know what's exactly. And one more thing, I'm already working at Performics but in another country, so the company does this to its own employees :)
