It was a quite long interview process with 4 interviews in total, a competency test and a reference check. At first I thought this is way too much effort for a company to hire a customer service employee. Towards the end I started to understand the reasons. They really seem to care about you as a person and the cultural fit. They want to make sure you match the team and the overall company culture. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and kind, which motivated me to get the job. Furthermore, I always felt well informed about the status quo and the further steps. Summing up, it's a long process but it's well thought out.
