Initial interview to get to know you, then an assignment to present and additional interviews. I didnt get past the first interview. I believe they interview a ton of people.

It consisted of 6 steps which were based on conversations by different managers to get a perception of my personality, work experience and if I would really fit to that position. I liked it a lot, since it was different to many companies. Instead of doing a one time role play or basic test, they really took time to understand my skills and value I could add for them
