First call with recruiter, three stages interview with Manager, then manager's manager and then a get to know you call with the team. I was not updated as we went but had to chase multiple times to the point where I only knew I didn't get the job because I chased it myself after a week of radio silence. It felt like they already decided not to make an offer but kept me hanging. Also, the interview process lasted 2 months, which I believe is because they started interviewing too soon after the job was posted and had to wait for others to be heard. I found it highly unprofessional, frustrating and time wasting.
