The interviewers treated the interview more like a portfolio review, whereby after I finished walking them through a project they would point out all of the things they didn’t like or what they said couldn’t work. Would ask me if I “even considered” trying different things and were generally disrespectful during the interview, interjecting to tell me that my graphics were confusing or not good - I had previously worked in a different PW office and had never had such a poor interview experience.

Entrevista
It went very well. The process was seamless and everyone was very welcoming. I did not feel nervous. I wish I had known how many people would be in on my interview (in-person) so I could have had enough resumes and portfolios printed. I also wished that I had my information on a flash drive so that I could have shown my work on the tv.

Entrevista
Applied online with an employee referral. I was shortlisted and had the interview online. Two employees interviewed me, honestly they were nice. I was a little nervous in the beginning, but it all went away after 10mins. Introduced myself and they asked me to go through two projects in my portfolio. They spoke about the company and answered my questions. Part of me knew I wouldn't get through because I sensed a weird energy coming from one interviewee.
