Bad communication and kept declining me because of assessment after moving me to interview process when my resume fits the job. Needs to give people chance instead of relying on assessment
hr screening was mainly behavioral, technical interview went through a algorithm problem. Technial interview was on a system they created for permit checking and change a criteria for "do not need permit".

Generally very quick, direct, to the point. I was well supported by my recruiter (who was super responsive) despite it being a rigorous process. They make an effort to bring you onsite and provide lunch on interview days, which is kind of refreshing post-pandemic.
- Culture turned out to be the best part of the onboarding, they could sell this more.
- Super supportive, high-growth environment.
- Not at all a 9-9-6 like many "hypergrowth" startups.
