For GET, there is no interview. HR just called and offer, and then they send the offer letter. There will be a one month training before each are given own department, and some departments will have interview with supervisor and manager.

After you express you interest in joining the program. You need to record a video doing an introduction of yourself. If you pass then there will be an assessment stage. After going through half of the one month training you will have a 3rd group interview asking which department aligns with your interest.
