I applied at the end of January 2024 and I didn't hear back until the end of March 2024. I had a phone screen which was much more technical than I expected. I've had multiple phone screens before and it's always just been going over experience at a high-level, making sure your availability aligns with the position start date, finding out why you want to work there/ what you're looking for in a company, etc. This phone call definitely threw me off and I was unprepared, so if you interview be prepared to talk in depth about your technical experience and describe your projects in detail. They also asked some technical questions about APIs and web browsers so make sure you know that stuff.
