Strange. First was a phone interview, not very friendly SC Manager who rushed me and sounded like he’d rather be somewhere else. Second round was okay (two friendly guys) but an hour was main interview going over my CV then had to do the same thing again with head of Supply chain for another hour which was quite exhausting. Could she not have sat in for the first hour!? Also a lot of miscommunication as would be told one person is interviewing me then it would be someone else!? (In hindsight I should never have accepted).
