As a long time auditor, it was a pleasure being interviewed by a highly experienced industry expert who was extremely detailed in sharing his personal technical background and what was expected from me as an employee, if I was hired. Even though the subject matter was highly technical, the personable approach was greatly appreciated.

Formal, only 1 manager did all the process. The interview did not take long or more than one interviews. I did, I am not 100% sure, but probably only 2 interview. I was brand new in the field and was good for them.
