Generally easy interview questions, 2-3 rounds with an assignment at the end, the assignment itself is fairly easy, a large dataset that you're supposed to analyze and present recommendations. Depending on the role the questions will be mostly technical, no fluff HR questions which was great. HR and team were friendly, not the best communication with candidates however.

My experience in the selection process with Perseus was exceptionally satisfying. Throughout the three interviews I had, I encountered a team of recruiters and interviewers who were not only friendly but also highly professional. What impressed me the most was the clarity and transparency with which information was shared at every stage of the process. This made me feel very confident and well-informed throughout. Although I, unfortunately, had to decline the job offer due to personal reasons, I want to emphasize that Perseus is a company that undoubtedly stands out for its selection process and the professionalism of its team. I wish everyone at Perseus a year filled with success and strength. Thank you for the opportunity and the incredibly positive experience, and maybe will see you in the future again ;)
