HR was scheduled an interview on 28/11/2022 @ 5 pm for 60 minutes and Panel was joined and the interview went till 100 minutes. I was completely unhappy they way the interview went through because 1) Even though, my code was executing fine which was written during interview time, he was expecting the code should write as per their knowledge. 2) He was showing lot of superiority during the interview. 3) He was completely egoistic and not considering opinion of candidate 4) Though I was overheard, the interviewers behave in the same manner with salesforce department in Persistent Systems, it was my fault, to attend the interview. 5) For the future candidates, who are intend to attend interviews in salesforce technology with persistent systems, I request them to have more and more patience if necessary, at least do the mediation 1 day before attending interview. Thank you for the interviewer "Prasanth Kalluri" for increasing my patience. I strongly recommend Persistent to have candidate feedback on the interview process, that will eventually help persistent to improve the interview process. If this process continues in same way, it will badly impact persistent hiring and their image

The interview process included a technical interview focused on Salesforce development concepts, project experience, and basic problem-solving questions. The interviewer was friendly and the overall process was smooth. The questions were of average difficulty and the interview was not very tough.
