The most deceiving experience I ever had with a recruiter! The process was slow, incomplete ( the whole information wasn't provided by the recruitment agency), unserious, untrustful and unprofessional! They made me a formal offer stating that their end customer (I was interviewed by and they seem OK) by email but then they did not respond anymore when asking them to send me the written ofer, either by telephone (they provided me a wrong number) or email. After several emails to them, they bothered to reply and told me they will try to shorten the notice period and the first day of work with them, would be July 1st, 2024. I never heard anything from them ever since (one month and something).. Stay away from them, they promise great things, they do not do it!

Entrevista
The Interview process is very straightforward. However, the HR involved in the interview process is extremely unstructured, dumb, and has clearly no idea how to identity and attract talents.Even after being notified in terms of my requirements w.r.t the Location and Remuneration, the HR was extremely stupid and clearly showcased an extremely unprofessional, unethical as well as confusing recruitment process. I was offered the position completely in a different location inspite of the panelists acknowledging my required location preference. Also, the counter salary offered by Persistent Systems was worse than Indian Market Standards. This speaks a lot about how the Recruitment Team functions here. I initially had an excellent impression of PS, however post this I would not recommend people to NOT join this organisation. I hope this throws light on how the interview process is here!
