One brief interview in the PTF office, which i think most people found off putting. It was in two stages, a group reading and then a one to one interview, felt a lot like nervous cattle being herded through pens! It seemed a lot like people were being chosen based on how much the particular hiring manager liked them on a personal level as opposed to their suitability for the job but this could be my imagination...
