Entrevista
4 stages:
1st is an interview with the HR department, so that they see whether you fit the requirements for the job posting
2nd is a technical interview with the CTO, where you have OOP and OOD(Design) questions, as well as technology specific questions
3rd is an assignment which they give you some time to complete
In the 4th stage you'll be going to their office and working with them for a couple of days to see whether you fit with the team.
First is the Coding Interview, then an HR interview.
After that you will advance onto a Technical Interview where they will ask about the Coding Interview (in the first step) plus other basic knowledge information,
After that you will get a CEO Interview (for Cultural Fit)

Entrevista
In the initial HR screening, the recruiter in question specifically agreed on a salary range for a lower job title (as I already had considerable full-time work experience). But later on after the interview process was over and I was made an offer, the final salary they offered me turned out be 8k less than what the initial recruiter promised. To add to this they refused to negotiate saying that this was the best they could do. I just really couldn't believe myself as they went back on their own words. I would highly recommend someone to get such things in writing before falling for them.

The coding assignment was a moderate difficulty level data structure and algorithms question. The next interview was with the team lead and the questions revolved around the coding assignment. After this I had 3 interviews to test my cultural fit.
