Entrevista
The process starts with a brief HR interview followed by a screen with the Team Lead. He will ask some tech and situational questions. After that, entire team interview and founders interview, as described on the website.

Entrevista
It was a 3 round process.
1. Screening by manager and hr
2. Take-home assignment (one week given)
3. Assignment review/technical scenario-based questions
Overall the interview was easy. Knowing Kubernetes basics is a must.
They have two teams for SRE, one focuses on system engineering and the other just on handling DBs (a bit odd thing).

Interview Mode : Virtual ( via Zoom )
Interview Rounds :
1. Screening Round (30mins) - Get to know each other
2. Initial HR Round (60 mins) - Get to know about the position and some behavioural interview questions.
3. Engineering Manager Round (60 mins) - Technical background check and team fit check with behavioural questions.
4. Take Home Challenge (7 days) - Includes coding or host an website in AWS
5. Discussion on Solution (60 mins) - In depth discussion on the solution and core technical interview.
6. Cultural & Values fit Round (90 mins) - Mostly situational and behavioral questions where you meet your potential team mates, peers and leadership team.
7. Offer extension (30 mins) - Hiring HR extend the offer to you and explain benefits.
All of these rounds except offer extension have eliminations. The process was really smooth with transparency. Sometimes they pre/postpone the interviews to accommodate you.

Initial HR Round :
1. Have you ever got any feedback from anyone and how have you taken that into account.

Engineering Manager Round :
1. Explain current project.
2. Any process improvements done by you.
3. Anything you have done which was greatly appreciated.
4. Have you ever done any mistake which caused production level issues.
5. AWS questions like, difference between serverless and container micro services. Which one you would choose.
Take Home Challenge :
1. Using AWS and Kubernetes host an website which should be production grade, secure , should be launched using Infrastructure as Code and develop a CICD for the whole solution.
Discussion on Solution :
1. How you would create a monitoring solution.
2. Any improvements you want to do.
3. Over all technical questions and practical questions on AWS and Kubernetes.
