The interview process was overall highly positive, from the first-contact interview with the Head of the Customer Success team to the late-stage interviews with the COO himself. Every and each of the interviewers were friendly and approachable regardless of their position within the organisational chart (whether they were peers or high management), and they all showed genuine interest about my answers to their questions. It was altogether a very exceptional recruitment process.
The reason why I set the interview difficulty as high is because they ask you all kind of questions regarding your core values and what drives you both personally and professionally. While those questions may seem casual at first, surely they are designed to filter candidates and to only hire those who fit into the company's work culture. In other words, it seems critical to choose your words wisely for them to truly reflect who you are as a professional, rather than replying the first thing that comes to mind.

What values you like the most about German culture? What values are lacking and could benefit from Spanish culture?
Personio's hiring process is very transparent and clearly structured. It is quite a long process, but information and clarity are guaranteed.
It normally starts with a first contact with the recruiter, who will accompany the candidate across the journey.
There will be an initial interview with the team followed by a study case. If successfully going to the next round, there will be another round with many interviews related with the cultural fit and working environment.

Das Vorstellungsgesprächs war sehr angenehmen. Ich habe schon andere Vorstellungsgespräch mit HHRR gehabt und diese war die zweites. Ich habe ein Personio Case Study präsentieren und die Erfahrung war gut. Normale Fragen über SEO, etc. warum habe ich das entscheiden, etc.
