Overall the interview process was very good. People were nice and communication was also very good. 1. There was an initial screening interview by the recruiter. 2. Then a interview with an Engineering Manager. This was mostly non technical. 3. A coding challenge to implement a small app using React. 4. Code review interview for the app. I got rejected at this stage. They offered a feedback interview to explain why I was rejected, which was a good thing. But I did not agree with the reasoning of rejection, it seems they are very opinionated with the solutions they use in Personio, and dont like anything else. One more thing I did not like, after the coding challenge one of the HR unofficially told me that I cleared the round, but later after 1 week I got rejection email. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. But overall the pay is very good, and I liked the company.
