I applied on Indeed and I got a message from the training manager, who asked me to leave my details on their recruitment line. I left a VM with my name, email, phone number, the amount of days I can work and how I heard about the role. One of the recruitment officers gave me a call a couple of days later to confirm the details and describe the role to me. I was invited to an assessment day in the office which involved learning how to use the CATI system, being told about GDPR and we went through a script as part of a role play. We then had 1 on 1 chats with the training manager who ran the session and he decided whether or not we passed.
