The interview process was a practical working interview. First, I spent 30 minutes observing how I interacted with the dogs, which allowed the team to evaluate my practical skills and approach. I then had a 15-minute interview with the manager. During this interview, we covered basic topics such as my school plans and previous work experience. This structure provided a well-rounded view of both my animal care skills and my professional background.
